  • Light weight, low mass, relative density in the range of 1 to 1.5 resulting in enhanced life of Kiln or Furnace, higher charging, requires less energy for heating the system, thus low cost of production.
  • High temperature uniformity through out the chamber due to free flow of heat through honeycomb structure
  • High mass having density over 3.8 resulting in Kiln / Furnace damage, lower charging and high energy consumption to heat the system, thus high cost of production.
  • Less temperature uniformity as the conventional Plates and Posts act as barriers for heat transmission
